Within the UK is by First class post and the cost is included in the price!

Allow 2 – 3 days from receipt of order, but if we receive your order by midday we do our best to post out by 4pm the same afternoon. We mail out from Monday to Thursday but advise against posting on a Friday in case items are lodged in the system over the weekend.

To Europe and the EC: postage is extra: as a quick guide, add £7.50 for a side of salmon or for a whole eel. For other items, add £2.85 per 227gm product, plus £1.65 for each additional item to the same address.

We do not mail to the States or Canada.

Carriers to UK mainland: in some cases, where the weight or value of an order are over a certain amount, it is best to use a carrier. There is no extra charge for this – it’s included in the price - and we will always discuss it with you before despatch.

Carriers to Europe and the EC; for single large orders to the continent, a carrier is an added cost but it is the best, safest method of delivery. Contact us for a quote.
