Meat

Nearly all our meats have been hot smoked by roasting them over the open fire and the aim being to only add to the amazing flavours they already have, never to mask them. All our sausages, duck, chicken and pork tenderloins can be eaten cold but are equally delicious served hot as main courses. Our black pudding and bacon just need a little cooking from you to be ready to enjoy. All are sourced from the brilliant farmers and butchers we are blessed to have here in Somerset
